Accept cookie prompts

We've discussed two ways to get around the (modal) consent dialogs that may prevent the tool from interacting with the page:

• run the crawls from the US, using a cloud server
• use TRC's --autoconsent-action feature to click accept on the cookie prompts

Just wanted to note that TRC seems to have added the option to click accept on cookie dialogs:

--autoconsent-action <action> - automatic autoconsent action (requires the cmps collector). Possible values: optIn, optOut
