[TODO] Replace Hard-Coded Version Values in Classes w/ Directly Reading the Assembly Version

Title is self-explanatory. Remove the Version property/fields of Consolation, TML.Files, and TML.Patcher.Backend and exchange them for simply reading the assembly version. Will do this later if someone doesn't PR in the following few hours.
