Travis builds a sub-set of the various benchmarks by using the top-level Makefile.
Currently, none of the matvec benchmarks are built and at least one of them should be...

In fact, the top-level Makefile needs updating to use the benchmarks/nemolite2d/manual_versions Makefile.
