Enable add right-click -> "Add MSBuild script" -> "NodeJS (.js)" with the same featureset as #12. Adds the .js file to the project as an item and a nested script and task to invoke the .js file using NodeJS. The invocation should pre-inject all current MSBuild properties if possible to the shell.
