[Meta] probe issues

Meta issue to provide visibility for issues/PRs related to problems using the nucleo-wl55jc2 on-board ST-Link V3 in the rust ecosystem.

• probe-rs/probe-rs#761 to probe-rs, cargo-embed, and probe-run)
• probe-rs/probe-rs#762 (applies to probe-rs, cargo-embed, and probe-run)
• knurling-rs/probe-run#243 (the probe may enter a bad state after flashing for probe-run versions prior to v0.2.5)

All issues are resolved now, but I will leave this open for visibility until a new release of probe-rs and probe-run are available.

This has been fixed in all recent versions of probe-rs based tools, use these versions to avoid the bugs:

• cargo-embed >=0.12.0
• cargo-flash >=0.12.0
• probe-run >=0.3.1
