Allow reflexive is set to true by default
The choice set in the DyNAM-choice reduces the stats array by the presence of actors (compositional change) and the restricted choice set (opportunities list). The getMultinomialProbabilities() set allowReflexive = TRUE changes the value in the diagonal that is no longer the sender information in the case of any compositional change or restriction of the choice set.
