The problem
Estimation efficiency of the recently implemented GMoM leaves to be desired.
The solution
The Dolby option, already present for the MoM, should also be allowed for the GMoM. This can be done entirely in the R code.
Background
The Dolby option is explained in http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/~snijders/siena/Dolby_s.pdf and in SienaManual in docs\manual.
