Message search with Radical Native doesn't work when updating

When updating Radical in the same browser session it seems that Radical Native doesn't inform Radical reliably about it's presence which makes it so that message search is not active directly after an update. What helps is dis/enable Radical Native and reloading Radical. It'd be nice if message search also keeps working after an update so no messages in the index are missing. The nicest solution would be to embed RN directly as lib into R.
