Error in installing the package

Hi, I am trying to import the package with the following command,
pip --no-cache-dir install -i https://test.pypi.org/simple/ sdtm-mapper

It gives multiple errors regarding the compatability with other packages that's why I tried to install it in a new environment but it gives folliowing error:
Preparing metadata (setup.py): started
Preparing metadata (setup.py): finished with status 'error'
