0.2.0 goes boom trying to pack

$ npx ipfs-car@0.2.0 --pack ~/Downloads/GMT20210520-203336_Recording_1920x1576.mp4

0.1.0 is happy

$ npx ipfs-car@0.1.0 --pack ~/Downloads/GMT20210520-203336_Recording_1920x1576.mp4
