'Simulation run sequences' menu item weird behaviour

The 'Simulation run sequences' menu item (both in english and czech) is impossible to click when the window is narrow (but still wide enough to show the full left bar with menu) ... the cursor doesn't change to little hand and clicking the item does nothing, after the window is resized it works correctly. Other menu items don't do that.

Just found out it has something to do with the top menu width - when the window is resized that the top menu is split to two lines (language selection and user name jumps to second line) the item becomes unclickable ... it's ok as long as the top menu stays in one line
