[Bug] Empty page between acts

The issue seems to have started after I created a new Act, named "OMITTED", and moved a scene into it. When I created the act, it was created inside of Act 3, and Starc wouldn't initially let me create a new act outside of Act 3 but eventually it did, and I that's when, I think, I was left with these empty pages between acts.

Same issue is happening between end of Act 1 and start of Act 2. But in this case, 7/8 of the page is empty, almost the full page.

You can also see how the scroll bar is at the top, even though the view and the cursor are at the end of script.

Looks like it's because of END OF ACT 3 line, since it placed on the page 17, the next act placed on the beginning of the page 18
