No update is happening

Hi there,
fantastic work. I have 2 new Zcam E1 on firmware 0.31. It is plugged to the wall and with the .ash in the root directory, nothing at all is happening. It never ask for update.
The 2 cameras are doing the same thing wich is...not upgrading :)

Cards are in exfat. i try to format them in the camera, put the .ash in the root folder and do the same thing with a card formatted in windows.. Nothing is happening, can u help?
