Not Adding Tag

Hi.

I have Paid Memberships Pro 1.7.4, PMPro Infusionsoft Integration .4 on a Wordpress 3.7.1 installation. Everything works fine, i.e. transaction goes through, user can view protected content etc. except the tag is not applied to their Infusionsoft account. I take it the user's email need to already be captured in the infusionsoft database and it goes on the email address entered - not the paypal email address?

Any help would be great.
