Bug Fix: Hide from profile checkbox clears when opening profile page

Giving the option for members to "Hide Profile" checkbox at checkout.
When the profile is opened, the setting is cleared to unchecked, even if the profile is not saved.
I have been able to reproduce with the PMPro Profile edit page.
Found that this happens whether the option is given at checkout or just profile edit page.
(Box stays checked for admin or WP profile area)
