I'm having the following error while I'm trying to import pcl.

File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
 File "C:\Users\Anaconda3\envs\py36\lib\site-packages\python_pcl-0.3-py3.6-win-amd64.egg\pcl\__init__.py", line 6, in <module>
   from ._pcl import *
ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found.

Hi，I have the same problem, did you solved it?

No. Use open3d. PCL is not good
