New release

Apologies for the lack of updates in recent months.
Just to quickly document this:
The reason why there haven't been any new releases is because of lack of initial code changes in the first couple of months after the last release because I'm much more invested in the development of Streamlink than Streamlink Twitch GUI. Then I needed to wait for a specific NW.js/Chromium version which fixed theming issues on Linux, but this has been merged into master several weeks ago already. The other changes since the last release are listed in the changelog, including two new translations:
https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink-twitch-gui/blob/3d5a061908eb7dd6136800b9fc965786364414cc/CHANGELOG.md
But as you probably all know, there was the Twitch client-integrity issue which broke Streamlink and other tools. I've been working on an implementation which circumvents Twitch's attempts of blocking tools like Streamlink. This work isn't finished yet (see the Streamlink issue tracker). I want to delay the Streamlink Twitch GUI release until this has been resolved, because it will require further changes/additions in the Twitch GUI for configuration reasons. The next Streamlink release will also include some breaking changes, and this may impact users of the Twitch GUI as well, so it's better to synchronize the releases for less disruptions.
I am aware that there are issues in the latest stable release which probably justify an earlier release, but those issues are rather minor, like the removal of the total channel view numbers from the Twitch API, so it's always showing 0.
