`StrimziKafkaCluster` shoud allow running in KRaft mode

StrimziKafkaCluster should alow to run in KRaft mode. That seems to be currently not possible and it always uses ZooKeeper-based mode. That means that we have to run unnecessary containers for many tests. But also that we are not ready for Kafka 4.0 and Zoo removal.
