13.2.0 Docker images contain 13.1.0

Looking at the digest (and pulling/running) the current latest, and 13.2.0 tags from Docker, the veneur binaries were not updated, the image is 13.1.0.

Sorry about that - I've rebuilt and uploaded the images (and verified the version in the new one).
