Include certain ?railway destinations outside of the main bounding box

Would be neat to enable planning trips to major British cities, even if it's just public transport and just to particular stations.

This is now supported by adding the following to config.yml:

  additional_stop_ids:
    - PADTON
    - RDNGSTN

Would be nice if mapping etc. respected the bounds bbox, perhaps.

Need to consider how pfaedle handles this (see also #32) and if there's something about splitting services.

#32 has been handled and mapping now respects the bounds bbox.
