On Android it not works as excepted

On stock browser it not works at all, on Chrome mobile target changes from 0 to 1 immediately. But my js (alpha) polyfills best on these browsers but when comes to real 3d touch my js cant handle it.

Device is a Samsung Galaxy Note2
Operating system is Android 4.4.2
Browser is Stock and Chrome browser
