Join lines

I saw the message dialog pop up that says something like C-j is no longer join lines but instead is C-S-j (or C-J) to make room for other keybinds. I don't know if that's Sublime or Emacs Pro Essentials. We should probably just define M-^ as join though to make it the usual Emacs keybind.

Now that I think about it, it's probably Sublime honestly. There's no Emacs keybind for it though.
