Consider adding the name change of FactoryGirl as an example

The comments on the reddit post and GitHub issue are excellent examples of how toxic things are (specifically towards women), and Thoughtbot's response is an example of what to do.

Alright, I think it's been enough time since the name change occurred, how do we think we might add this, and should we? @cmho @thejessleigh

I suppose we could just link the Thoughtbot response primarily, and include the reddit post and github issue as background reading? This one's a little different from most other things because it doesn't have a big write-up or anything due to it not hitting news-media levels
