How to get the theme totally same as the picture?

How can I get my own looks like the picutre that you present, including the icon and the font? Do I need some extra setting manually or I did something wrong?

Screenshots were taken with Atom Material Icons and the Operator Mono font. However, Operator Mono requires a license and is a bit expensive.
