Restricted SSH accounts

SSH can be configured to support restricted accounts using specific phrases in the authorized_keys file. GitHub uses this to prevent general access to their servers by their users.
Please support using restricted accounts;
- for scp, sftp, or rsync according to what is secure,
- for rebuild-aslo.
