Apply settings when new score loaded via menu

Currently, loading a new score via the "Load" button resets the ribbon viewer to the default notes/ribbon/voices settings, without updating the actual checkbox and dropdown form elements. Ideally, the most recent display settings would carry over and be applied when a new score is loaded, but a fallback would be to have the entire display reset to the default menu/viz settings.
