Add canonical link for SDR items

I'm putting this forward as a question for @saseestone @andrewjbtw @amyehodge @hannahfrost (, et al.?) Should we add <link rel=“canonical” href=“https://purl.stanford.edu/gc656yb9866”/> in the <head> so that search engines know that the PURL URL is the canonical reference?

Feel free to close if we definitely don't want this. I'm making this a github issue, just so we have a record of this decision.

I discussed this with Hannah and Tom today, and they agreed this is a good idea.
