Reduce Karmony viewport diameter

In the process of implementing #2, it was observed that due to the large diameter of the viewports on the Karmony module exteriors, the corresponding viewports in the IVAs have frames that clip into compartment dividers.

As such, the viewports on the external parts and internal props need to be reduced to 80~90% of its current size.

Updated geometry and textures, implemented and tested OK, ready for R0.04a.
