Consolidate Karmony modules and IACBMs via model switching of tapered/flat ends

Forums user Kanddak has offered a plugin that would allow the toggling of MODEL{} nodes, and proposed consolidating the Karmony modules such that each part can be configured in the VAB/SPH to have either tapered or flat ends.

Notes

• All corresponding "Adapter" versions of the modules will be removed deprecated
  • Said parts will still be usable by existing vessels, but can no longer be added from the VAB/SPH partslist
• The current version of the plugin supports changes in cost/mass
• The user should only be able to chose between having both ends tapered or both ends flattened (and not having one tapered and one flat end)
• For the IACBM docking ports, only the hatch retrofit needs to be toggled
  • The old hatch retrofit animations and models need to be stripped from the ports
  • Changes in mass/cost with the toggling of hatches is considered negligible

After discussion with @MOARdV, I think that his Universal Rocket Module Plugin would be much better suited to my needs.

Note to self: Removing the tapers from the Karmony modules should reduce the cost and mass by 400 and 0.12 respectively.

This approach has been abandoned.

Users will by default be provided with flat-ended modules, where they can manually add tapers as needed.
