用户页面Github信息无法显示

本来好好的但是突然一下显示不出来了，完全空白
看Logs发现提示
production.ERROR: 500 - cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: codenodecn (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) @ /github-api-proxy/users/SharkIng
什么原因呢？

同样的问题也出现在更新缓存：
例如：/users/1/refresh_cache
提示500错误
