Printing a receipt using the SumUp receipt printer

As far as I‘m aware there‘s currently no possibility to use the receipt printer using the url-scheme which is kinda funny. Is there a workaround to print the receipt using the printer or is this just not possible at the moment?
It doesnt print a receipt even if it‘s set to automatically print it.
