Camera indicator is still on when disconnected

Describe the bug
Once disconnected from call in meeting page, the camera indicator remains on

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join 'meeting-page'
  2. Click on 'End Call' button
  3. See how camera light indicator is on

Expected behavior
Camera indicator should be off
