The codepoint 0 tofu block is missing from the 5x9 fonts.

Hello @buzmeg, I actually started patching this last October in commit 33de47d but I forgot to reply to here in this thread. 😅 Please try out the bdf/Tamzen5x9r.bdf file in that commit and see if it solves your issue. If so, I'll complete the patch. Thanks.
