Test Removing An Addon From List

There have been many cases where users reported that they couldn't start PimpMyStremio anymore..
Nobody debugged it so we have no idea what the issue is/was.
I'm presuming it was either the reverse proxy feature (which was since then removed), or maybe the removal of an addon from the addons list. (which is an untested scenario)

This is most definitely a bug, and most probably the reason why PimpMyStremio broke for so many users..
