Add minimal example at the top of the docs

Basic definition of some components with a single component group. No main, no use statements for specs or specs derive. Make sure to have the use statement for ComponentGroup.

Basically want to give people the minimum code they would need to copy/paste to use this crate. A 1 min example of what it looks like without getting into the motivation.
