Add URN, collection, and ID to display

For each correction display, show the URN of the hadith (and link it to the hadith on the main website via sunnah.com/urn/{urn}). Also indicate the ID of the correction (so an admin can look into any errors on the DynamoDB side) and collection (there is a field for this but it's not currently populated).
