[Feature Request] List shortcuts that do not have a file associated

When browsing, there is a checkbox to only show those shortcuts with a download.
Would it be possible to do the opposite?
It would be useful to register a bunch of shortcuts, and then be able to go download them at a later time.
Or even have it queue them all up and download them.
