There should be an option to skip or specific number of rows at the top from the search

I don't quite understand what you mean. Can you please give an example?

Do you mean show the number of rows found using the search term?

Edit: never mind, I see what you mean by the title. The plugin, as written, only searches within a table's TBODY. If your table is well-formed, it should skip THEAD stuff.
