Finalise coord property names on Spectrogram classes

  • SpectrogramCube/Sequence.spectral -> spectral_axis (consistency with specutils.Spectrum1D.
  • SpectrogramCube/Sequence.lon/lat: Confirm what they are/will be in sunpy.Map. There was discussion about making them less tied to specific coodinate systems.
