System Error 2009 on ingest

Trying to ingest this RSS Sources results in Error 2009. One ingested source is https://cdn.feedcontrol.net/96/690-FpiVIQ9t2ViZK.xml
or
https://www.darkreading.com/rss_simple.asp?f_n=644&f_ln=Attacks/Breaches
what can be done about that?

do you get any errors in server log?
