During the build it's stop at
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement superdesk-core
executor failed running [/bin/sh -c python3 -m pip install -Ur requirements.txt]: exit code: 1
ERROR: Service 'superdesk-server' failed to build : Build failed
