Issue with the "Run a Remix App" doc

Describe the issue

Remix run's npx create-remix@latest no longer asks you Where do you want to deploy?, and thus no longer prepares any fly.io specific configuration on init.

Addtional info

The documentation needs updated to include required fly.toml config, steps, etc.
