geometry-merger not working

Hello, I'm using A-Frame 1.3.0 and the component geometry-merger doesn't work at all. Not even the examples provided are working.

I've used aframe-instanced-mesh. It does the work for me

#321 was merged and is included in a new release https://www.npmjs.com/package/aframe-geometry-merger-component so I guess we can close this issue.
