When cancelling install or uninstalling a plugin prompt user to confirm action

When installing or uninstalling a plugin one might accidentally or willingly hit cancel in each case: "cancel install", when installing a plugin or one might want to remove a plugin but may accidentally hit "cancel uninstall". In both cases a confirmation/warning must prompt user to confirm the action.
