Make it more obvious that update is available for plugins

Case:

I had the import issue with older PDF plugin. I used this plugin for days before noticing that there was simple update arrow icon.

While it could be argued that i should have noticed this, i wouldnt have done it without randomly stumbling upon it.

Suggestion:

Text: "update available!"
or
Windows notification that plugin X has update available
or something else to make the update more obvious
