Make multiple chapters/sections extractable at once

I want to extract a section from this pdf:

But chapters aren't split under bigger sections right. I'd like to be able to alt+x on multiple chapters/sections.

Motivation

Would make it much more convenient to break things up.

My bad you can already do this with sub-pdf manual extraction.
