TvControl stops working after few calls

@supersaiyanmode, thanks for this great repo.
Couple of issues I have noticed with Tv Control.

  1. Only channel_up and channel_down work. Other function like set_channel_with_id don't seem to work
  2. Channel_up/down works well for a few consecutive calls but stop working after some hits. Surprisingly, they work after I press the physical buttons on my remote but again, only for a few consecutive calls or a couple of seconds.

I've got a WebOS 4.5 TV.
