Window borders are lighter or more transparent than original theme

I notice the original elementary theme in Juno, fully updated is darker than this theme.
It makes the window borders look blurry.

The table widgets also has darker and well defined borders too. See the Theme Settings section with the table below it.

I'll merge and sync to the upstream repo and see if they changed anything. If the difference still exists ill manually patch it.

It ain't not been fixed yet.

Just cloned on beta2 livecd, still looks the same. The window borders still look more solid and darker.
Also the table borders is the same.

Just to add, i'm also using this in Loki, the version that works with it before it became Juno only, and not see this issue.

Haven't installed juno yet, gonna try it in vm and see whats wrong.

You mean you got it fixed but not sure how? Maybe can share the theme files here for comparison?
