Native views not consistent with quiltshader

quilt2native.py (and friends) output a native image that has different views than what the quiltshader shows, even though they should be based on the same view<->native pixel math. More concretely: the number of views appears to be assymetric with quilt2native.py, there's more on the left of the center than on the right.
