Add an4.106 to Bilara for translators

AN4.106, a "ghost sutta", has at some point been added to the the English repository, but not to other languages. Even if it's not much, it would be good to have it for everyone. 😃

thanks for noticing. I had assume it would be auto-added, but it seems if the collection already exists this does not happen. Anyway, you should see it now.
